Any use of Luther cannot under ANY circumstance promote hate, racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia, misogyny, or any type of negativity towards a group of people with intentions to harm.

Luther may not be used to portray any illegal activity under United States law, and the law of the country Luther is being used in.

Please do not use Luther to spread harmful misinformation, such as uninformed or biased news and science.

Commercial usage of Luther may be acceptable when prior permission is obtained from S’pose via email. It may be required that a license be purchased. License fees may be waived for small or on-the-rise creators.

The usage of Luther’s name, image, and voice models in any type of Crypto Currency or NFT work is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.

Luther’s license fee for commercial use falls under any usage that would generate revenue for or by any means. This includes charity, however, Luther’s licensing fee may be discounted/waived for charities or charity events. Please email S’pose to find out more if you’re interested!

In using Luther’s images, you agree to publicly state the name of the illustrator of said image. Any official image of Luther will clearly state the illustrator either in supporting documents or the file name.

Official illustrations of Luther cannot be edited or changed significantly or stated/implied to be a separate character. (EX: fan-made derivative)

The usage of any of Luther’s visuals or voice for use in generative image AI model training is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.

The usage of any of Luther’s visuals or voice for use to create unofficial products such as but not limited to jinriki utau voicebanks is strictly prohibited.

R18, NSFW, or Explicit work is acceptable using Luthers’s name, image, or voice models so long as the actions portrayed in said content are legal under the laws of the United States of America AND
the home country of the user if they are not residing in the United States of America. Additionally, such media may only depict relations between adults of age 18 or older, such media may not depict situations lacking consent, nor may the resulting media
romanticize grooming, physical abuse, or similarly damaging concepts. You must also take all possible actions within reason to protect underage individuals from viewing the resulting media. This includes but is not limited to R18 filters,
posting only to 18+ verified channels, child-proof filters on YouTube, etc.
